Printing :
Capsules are printed in various patterns like, Axial, Circular, Non-Rectified, Single/Double Colour Rectified. Hard Gelatin Shells are printed for product identification, dosage information and also for enhancing the cosmetic value of the finished formulation as per buyer’s choice.
Testing :
To fully guarantee the quality, after manufactured by the automatic capsule production line, Quality Control Department sets up a special multi-function test process.
Standards :
The various quality variants are controlled as per specification prescribed in I.P. However Quality Control norms are even Stringent than those specified in I.P. 1996. We operate under narrower limits for various attributes, like Dimension, Weight etc. than those permitted in I.P.
